Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support personal and professional development. The coach provides guidance, reflection and tools to help clients explore their goals and develop their own insights and actions.

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential.

Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

If a participant has any medical conditions affecting their voice, breathing, hearing or physical movement, they should inform the facilitator before taking part.

Participation is voluntary, and individuals may choose to step out of any activity if needed.
